How long does it take before I get my order?
Normal delivery time from Lespetits.se is 1-4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation. If you have not received this email within 3 business days, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change / cancel my order?
Contact our customer service to change your order. We are able to make changes until the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
How long do I have a right to withdraw my order?
Of course we want you to be satisfied with your product. Therefore, we offer you 14 days of right of withdrawal / open purchase on unused products.
How do I make a return?
Do you want to return any item? Contact our customer service at Info@lespetits.se with your request of return. You will then receive a return shipping label by mail which you can print out and put on your package before taking it to your nearest service point. *For customers outside of Sweden, Les Petits is not responsible for handling and cost of returns.
NOTE! You as the customer are responsible for your return reaching us. Therefore, write down the tracking ID of the package that you send in return to us, and ask for a receipt from the service point when dropping the package off. Always check your item when you have received it and contact our customer service with a complaint if your item has not been delivered in the condition expected by you. On approved claims, Les Petits stands for the return freight.
Does it cost anything to return goods?
There is a charge of 49 SEK when you choose to make a return with us. This is adjusted once we have recieved your return. If you want to pay for the return directly yourself instead of using a return shipping label through us, please contact our customer service to ensure that you do not get charged for the return fee. *This with the exception of customers outside of Sweden, where Les Petits is not responsible for handling or the cost of returns.
What warranty do I have as a customer?
According to the Swedish Consumer Buying Act, we promise 2 years warranty. The product warranty applies during normal use and when the care instructions are followed. In case of malfunction, the warranty does not apply.
